Things pet likes (toys, activities, food) | Loves to play with balls and run in open spaces. Loves hugs and snuggles. |
Things pet doesn’t like (loud noises, storms, car rides, being picked up, strangers) | Barks at new unknown people but once we show approval Winnie calms down but will jump to give hugs. Gets anxious at the vet or pet stores. |
Positive qualities pet has (smart, house trained, friendly, loves people, likes being brushed) | House trained, very smart, friendly, good with kids who play rough but due to her size can accidentally scratch. She loves car rides and being snuggled. She is very well behaved for her age. |
Reason for rehoming pet | Newly single parent who is now on 2nd shift and working long hours. Winnie is in her kennel when no one is home. She is not getting what she deserves and I don’t see it changing anytime soon. |
Kind of home pet needs | She needs a large fenced in yard or a country setting with a job. She would be a wonderful farm dog! She loves being outside and never wants to come in until it’s time to snuggle. She would do great in town as well with a fenced in yard as she loves the colder weather and posting up outside guarding her owners home xo |
