Friday & Saturday, Oct.23 & 24, 6-9pm both days: Tunnel of Terror at Tommy’s Express Car Wash! Get your scares and car washed at the same time! Tommy’s will be donating $2 from every car that goes through the Tunnel of Terror from 6-9pm on these two dates to help the homeless pets at OAHS, with a minimum donation of $500! Tommy’s is located at 2190 Omro Rd in Oshkosh (off Hwy 41/Hwy 21 exit).
Saturday, October 24, 11am-1pm: Spooktacular Pawlloween!
Join us for FREE FMILY FUN! Kids can enjoy free activities and games, go Trunk or Treating for free candy, spin our prize wheel, learn about animals, and even adopt a pre-loved plushie pet to take home with them!
Costumes encouraged! Reserve your free tickets for one of our arrival time slots – 15-minute increments from 11am to 12:45pm – spreading out our visitor start times means everyone gets to spend plenty of time at each station, and no one is crowded!
*Don’t forget to bring in an item from our abbreviated wish list for a free spin on our Prize Wheel!

Friday, October 30, 3:30-5:30pm: Cuddles & Cider Adoption Event!
Join us at the shelter to meet many of our foster kittens, who will be there especially for the event, along with some of our featured pups, bunnies and guinea pigs!
We are so grateful this month, as part of the Subaru Loves Pets® initiative, that Bergstrom Subaru of Oshkosh is providing OAHS with direct funding, through a grant administered by the ASPCA®, to help us cover essential costs for preparing animals for adoption: they will be sponsoring the costs of all microchips for adopted dogs, cats and bunnies for the month of October!

If we have enough time to process your application, you should be able to take your kittens home during the event.

Sunday, November 8: “Mac OFF” at Barley & Hops Pub & Beer Garden! Join in the fun of watching the game at this fantastic local pub, and sample a big array of homemade macaroni & cheeses at halftime in this “mac cook-off” fundraising event! Barley & Hops is located at 663 N. Main St. in Oshkosh; dogs welcome in the beer garden. All proceeds will be donated to help the animals at OAHS!

Thursday, December 10, 4-8pm: Annual Holiday Bash at Barley & Hops! Join us to celebrate the holidays for a good cause! Get your dog’s pic with Santa, tons of fun raffle baskets, kick butt raffle, and tons of fun! All proceeds benefit the pets at OAHS. Barley & Hops Pub & Beer Garden is locates at 663 N. Main St. in Oshkosh. We hope to see you there!
