Reason for rehoming pet

She is no longer using litter boxes. She is the only indoor cat and we have moved litter boxes throughout the home to make it easier for her to have a place to go. She continues to go in random places and on random furniture items. We have tried special foods and have had blood work done to see if there was something causing this. We were unable to determine the issue(s)/cause.
