Things pet likes: | Toys. Walks. Playtime. Belly rub. Attention. Treats. Ice cream. 🙂 |
Things pet doesn’t like: | Toe nails trimmed. Not a fan of thunder, but ok if she can snuggle with you. |
Positive qualities pet has: | Loves everyone. Smart. Friendly. Would go home with anyone. :-). |
Reason for rehoming pet | I may need to work full-time. Now I’m two days a week. I’d hate to see her home alone all day. She loves people and is super friendly to anyone that comes over. When I get home now, she’s all energized and needs a walk or playtime, but we are both too tired. We are older, I guess. |
Kind of home pet needs | She loves to go hiking, and to go for car rides- with stops for ice cream. 100% a lap dog. She’d love a child or two to grow up with. We have a 6 year old granddaughter and they adore each other. She can’t live with them though, their household is full, but when they visit us Lucy follows her around 24/7. Waits for her to get up. She has a nice fenced in area outside. Loves to lay and snooze in the sun. She lays on the back of a chair and watches squirrels. She gets along well with other dogs, won’t put up with one that bothers her tho. No idea about a cat. She’s a great dog. Not a kennel dog. We’re older and I think she’d have a fuller life with a “sibling” so to speak. It has to be the perfect home. |
