Dog Adoption Application - Oshkosh Area Humane Society

All dog visits require a submitted, processed application and scheduled appointment. Once your application is submitted an adoption counselor will reach out within three business days (business days are Tuesday – Saturday – we are closed on Sunday and Monday) to discuss the status of your application and possibly set up an appointment to visit. PLEASE NOTE: Dog Adoption Counselors are not in the office Sunday or Monday. If you submit an application Saturday – Monday you will be contacted the following Tuesday, at the earliest.

In order to fast-track the application process, if you have dogs currently in your home, please ask your veterinary clinic to send proof of a current rabies vaccination and proof of spay or neuter for each dog to dog@oahs.org
