Where did you get this pet? | Born in home from a stray cat I fostered, found her a home (was there a couple months and they gave her back to me-seemed like a stressful situation and I’m glad she came back), and I’ve been fostering her ever since |

Do you think your pet would be happy in a home with children? | Yes |
If yes, what ages of children would your pet be most comfortable with? | 6-8 years old |
I am good with dogs | Don’t Know |
I am good with cats | Yes |
Things pet likes: | Toys- loves tall scratchers, likes to play with just about any toy (really likes mice and small balls) |
Things pet doesn’t like: | She doesn’t get along with our female cats (2) (they don’t like her and I don’t know why). Sometimes she is skittish around my boyfriend (I think it’s due to her previous living situation). She doesn’t like the vacuum, but is fine with other loud noises like a coffee grinder and blender. She doesn’t like the ground cardboard scratchers. |
Please describe how your pet reacts around strangers | She’s definitely shy around strangers. |
Positive qualities pet has: | She’s adorably affectionate, loves pets and cuddling, she’s so sweet, she’s pretty smart (figured out how to get treats out of a bird toy that my other cats didn’t know how to), she is litter box trained |
Reason for rehoming pet | My other cats try to attack her when she is not sequestered 🙁 she doesn’t provoke them. I have tried to curb this issue, but nothing has worked so far. |
Kind of home pet needs | Cleo deserves a good home with people that adore her and give her the respect and affection she requires. Ideally, a home that has another cat (she’s been good with my male cat) so she’s not bored. A home with many windows and perches for her to look outside, many beds and blankets for her to nap in, and toys galore. Ideally a bigger house so she can run all around. I think she would do well with older children and a less stressful environment. She should always be indoors (no indoor/outdoor free roaming). |
