Things pet likes:

Sparkle balls are his favorite toy. Likes watching birds and nature. Enjoys being petted and groomed. Does best in a quiet and calm home. He prefers hard food.

Things pet doesn’t like:

Squishy has trouble with loud noises and a lot of fast activity. He will go and hide if uncertain. Not a fan of being held but will tolerate it. Not a big fan of catnip. Doesn’t like wet food.

Squishy can be a little skittish around strangers but once is used to them will be fine. He will go hide but may come out and check things out.

Positive qualities pet has:

Squishy is a smart cat. He will play fetch with his sparkle balls. Throw it and he will bring it back. Though has issues with noise, Squishy is highly adaptable to his environment. He especially likes being petted and groomed and, once comfortable, will come to sit next to you on the couch.

His owner recently passed away, and we are working to find him a good home.

Kind of home pet needs

Squishy would do best in a quiet, calm environment where he can move around freely and be able to see out a window to watch nature. He would enjoy a cat tower where he can be high above to watch everything. He is not a good grazer so will need a setting where food is controlled by a feeding schedule.
