Saturday, August 22, 10am: Reading to Rabbits & Guinea Pigs at the Oshkosh Public Library! A great event for kids! Free; limited slots available. SIGN UP HERE
Saturday, August 22, 11am-1:30pm: Bloody Mary and Mimosa Garden Party at Barley & Hops Pub! Play Plinko and Human Slot Machine (really! Google it!) to win fun prizes, and get a chance to win fantastic raffle baskets! All proceeds donated to help the animals at OAHS.
Friday, August 28, 3-6pm: Kitten Fest! Get ready for the purr-fect day to fall in love! Our Education Room will be overflowing with adorable litters of playful, curious, cuddly kittens just waiting to meet their future families. If all goes as planned, you may even be able to take your new furry family members home the very same day! The Tasty Tai food truck will be at the shelter during this event – stop by for some delicious thai food!
Saturday, August 29, 8am-12:30pm: Oshkosh Downtown Farmer’s Market! Stop by our OAHS booth at this exciting event, held on the 400 and 500 blocks of north Main St. and the 100 block of Church Ave. – more than 120 vendors per week with live music! MORE INFO HERE
Saturday, September 12, 8:30-11am: 2026 Walk for the Animals! This year’s Walk for the Animals: Get Colorful for the Cause event will feature art activities including a T-shirt tye die station, fun kids’ activities, a dog kissing booth, dog games, a DJ, prizes, the Brewing Futures food truck, vendor booths, goodie bags, raffle baskets and more! Monday, September 21, 10am-10pm: Papa John’s Fundraiser! Ready for a mouthwatering meal that supports a great cause? Join us at Papa John’s (150 Wisconsin Street in Oshkosh) and make a difference! With every order you place, 15% will be donated to our shelter. RSVP & Details HERE
