As long as I can remember I have had a passion for ensuring the wellbeing of all animals. My priority as Executive Director has always been to put the animal’s welfare first. Their lives are in our hands.

I have been a volunteer for OAHS since 1995. I strongly believe in this organization and know that any animal who comes to this shelter is a lucky animal. I currently have 3 OAHS alumni cats.

“I have been a part of OAHS since its inception as my wife was a pioneer among the 8 wonderful ladies that “challenged” the City to transfer its operation to another, more responsible enterprise which is our Humane Society today. Animals and support of the organization is part of my DNA and part of my estate plan. I will continue to serve its needs as long as I provide value. It is my privilege.”
